This workshop is designed to provide MCA workshop participants with the skills and techniques to increase their sales success predictably. The skills provided in the former workshops, although effective, require further application techniques in order to ensure they become an integral part of their future sales success strategy.
Mastering Customer Partnering assumes that all of the participants have attended the previous selling skills workshops and completed the work successfully. All of the concepts and terminology learned in previous workshops are used in this workshop without benefit of further explanation. Each participant, in the pre-work phase of the workshop is required to work with their sales leader to select a single account that will be brought to the workshop and expanded into a complete strategic account plan. This will be carried back to the sales office and, with the assistance of her sales leader, completed and carried to the customer to end in a successful sales process.
