Precision Execution ProcessTM (60, 90 Minutes or 2 Hours)

MCA G-Force provides an overall look at the parallels of how fighter pilots execute their missions and how these techniques can apply directly to your business. Beginning with the planning phase, the briefing portion, the execution phase, and finally the extraction of lessons learned from the debriefing phase, this session will give the audience specific new ideas to boost your company's execution process.

  • This session will show you how to motivate and get your entire company aligned for the common goal or specific objectives.
  • Using the Precision Execution Process™ model will improve your company's execution, and outperform the competition.

Task Saturation (60, 90 Minutes or 2 Hours)

One of the most significant issues in business today is the need to do more with less. Task Saturation or task overload is not having the time, tools or resources to get the job done properly. This often results in severe pressure on organizations to perform and deliver up to their standards when in fact they are task saturated.

  • This session helps deal with one of the key success drivers (task saturation) in the Precision Execution ProcessTM in an effective way.
  • We provide a way to deal with the issue of time management, getting everything completed in a rush and in general being bombarded and over burdened with data.

Leadership During Hectic & Chaotic Times (60 or 90 Minutes)

This session illustrates how to lead to a positive outcome in any situation and is based on the real life experience of MCA G-Force Trainer Mike Pagano. We illustrate how putting into action the process we profess actually worked in the field - during the aftermath of the Katrina Disaster in New Orleans. This session focuses on the live case study of the challenges of executing under stressful times and the success of injecting the Military Leadership Process. We illustrate how aligning military techniques with civilian issues creates a 'success environment' that anyone in any business can use to improve performance and achieve results.

Mike volunteered in the Hurricane Katrina Animal Relief Effort. He was put in charge to formulate a plan to turn a vacant elementary school into a large triage center for rescued animals. With no water, electricity, fuel to run the generators, a very austere environment and small core of volunteers, Mike organized a plan and gave the volunteers some much needed structure and leadership to execute their mission, to save animal lives.

  • He identified which volunteers had leadership potential and put them into positions in the organization to achieve success.
  • Mike used the PEP model into the daily operations to achieve the results needed to save lives and keep safe practices within the organization.
  • This keynote gives you ideas not only for potential future disasters like fires, earthquakes or hurricanes, but also during the hectic and chaotic times you face on a daily basis within your organization.

The Relevance of Military Leadership on Today's Business Battlefield (60 Minutes)

  • The common goal of military leadership is victory on the battlefield and achieve the mission objectives.
  • In this session we illustrate how Corporate Leadership can draw many parallels on the today’s Business Battlefield to outperform the competition and ensure your position as the market leader.
