Peak Performance is a management development workshop designed to provide managers the tools to impact their staff while maintaining the direction of your organization. This program develops a road map to successfully manage individual performance and the performance of others. PP will positively impact bottom-line results.
PP includes nine segments strategically designed to compliment the program objective of maximizing performance. The workshop will help make the manager a better performer of their duties and responsibilities as well as lead and coach others. The program provides an integration process to strategically impact sales results. The performance impact of PSP is on success predictability in closing more sales and improving bottom line results. It provides leaders an effective method to manage through improved communication and negotiation.
SENSITIVITY TRAINING... UNCONSCIOUS BIASES
In a world where diversity is much more than being culturally aware, it is important to have an understanding of what implicit bias can do to harm an organization. We have created training and consulting sessions to help both leaders and employees learn how to face today's challenges of engagement and inappropriate behavior. We will cover key areas such as inclusivity, diversity, subconscious prejudice and harassment.
