STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (SAM):
MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING KEY ACCOUNTS

SLAM provides participants with the skills and techniques to increase their sales success predictably through a big picture inclusive approach to total account management of their largest accounts. Included is the potential for growth within the account and creating a collaborative win/win strategic relationship continuation. Participants learn to predict the potential increased revenue and how to align the selling strategy that is most effective to accomplish their goal. Using a consultative approach the sales professional moves from vendor to a valuable consultant for their business. This ultimately changes the dynamic of the business relationship and position against the competition. Prerequisite is SP & SS Workshops.


SALES MASTERS (SM)

In today’s marketplace, every organization is searching for innovative ways to achieve a competitive advantage. This course was designed for the most senior sales person. It provides the tools to become a true “Sales Master” which will create a competitive edge. Each participant will receive individual coaching on their current sales performance and where they should be in the future. Prerequisite is SP, SS & SLAM Workshops.
