Holly Mansfield

Holly is a leading professional in the world of luxury hospitality and immersive experiences combining her wealth of knowledge and prowess in the field of fine dining. Holly has worked for the most aspiring names in the UK business from Claridge’s London to Caprice Holdings and the Royal Opera House, and more recently, directly for the Late Lord Rothschild.  Her prior background as an officer in the British Army, including an operational tour in Afghanistan, has given her unparalleled organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. In addition to working with MCA, Holly is a luxury hospitality consultant working in event concierge services for luxury brands and event planning for private clients.

Holly’s zealous approach to facilitation has enabled her to join MCA as a Master Trainer working with senior sales professionals and leaders. Holly has a unique ability to communicate with diverse groups of people from leadership to hourly staff.

She is driven by her passion for service excellence and making things happen.  Holly works closely with Cindy Novotny (Managing Partner) to deliver workshops on leadership, communication, and organizational development.
