VP, Learning & Development

As a lead facilitator, consultant, and instructional designer, Kim leads MCA’s training and design team, keeping us on the forefront of industry trends and delivering highly customized solutions for our clients. Prior to joining MCA, Kim worked for The Pebble Beach Resorts, where she began her career in sales and reservations before leading their resort-wide training and development efforts.

Kim brings extensive experience in leadership, sales, and service training, along with a deep passion for service excellence and effective leadership. Her engaging style encourages open dialogue, active participation, and thoughtful collaboration in every client interaction.

Outside of work, Kim is actively involved in her church and community service initiatives. She stays busy supporting her kids’ activities, tackling home projects, and spending time outdoors. When she’s not enjoying Minnesota’s lakes, trails, and campgrounds, she loves relaxing at home with her family, playing board games or watching movies together.
