Marcia Murphy brings deep expertise in commercial strategy across the hospitality industry, built on a solid foundation in hotel operations at Disney World and business analytics roles with Westin Hotels & Resorts and PwC’s Hospitality Consulting Practice.

Marcia has held leadership roles in revenue management, sales, marketing, and business development for top brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, and Makeready. She has also played a key role in scaling hospitality tech companies such as Luxury Link, TravelCLICK, and TripAdvisor.

For over 10 years, she has served as a strategic advisor and global executive trainer with Master Connection Associates, partnering with hospitality organizations worldwide. She is also the founder and principal consultant at Luxury Boutique Consulting, where she helps hotel owners and management companies enhance asset value through smart, data-driven commercial strategies. Marcia’s experience with hotel openings and brand transitions has made her a sought-after advisor for emerging hospitality tech startups as well.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a business minor from the University of North Texas and has earned CHIA and CATHA certifications from CoStar, as well as a CHSE from HSMAI. Marcia serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Hospitality & Tourism at UNT and is based in Dallas, Texas.
